New to all this
I just joined up iwith MRC, and I can see after one day of preconditioning that unless something changes, I am going to be hungry. I hope the food class this Friday afternoon helps with that. My hubbie and I went to the grocery store tonight, and I can see I am going to have to search for some of the recommended items (we live near Longview, TX).

sooo since I started back i've been on preconditioning for the last couple of days, and then I go for WI (fingers crossed) tomorrow. After tomorrow, since I didn't gain any weight back while Off-Program, I'll go back OP. Sooo excited to start seeing results! Hope everyone is having a great day and staying OP!

Bunny.. our doesn't have many classes either. I'm always looking for ways to learn or deal with my "baggage". You would think the scale would motivate us more.. Maybe it's tasting the forbidden fruit. Once you have that bite, lick or taste of something, It makes you want to eat other things off program. Good Luck.. Hope your WI went good.. Thanks Joy... I know I can always count on you girls to understand what I'm going through.. My darn skinny friends just don't get it.. Here's to a great rest of April.. We can do it... Ready to recommit...
