Hi All,

Today one year ago i weighed 350+ pounds and made a promise to myself that next year around this time i'd be different. I have now lost 70+ lbs, which i will NEVER gain back again. This forum has been a big part of that success.

Just wanted to thank you all.


After reaching the big 50 with MRC, i've been kind of MIA. I was traveling alot for work and Saturday i grabbed a flight to Holland to surprise my parents. Today i celebrate my 29th birthday with them and i feel great.

I am taking a conscious break from my weight loss journey and next week when i'm back in Omaha, i will go at it full force again. I hope everyone else is having a very productive March. We can all use some nice sunshine :)
