Default Anyone have problems w/Fat & Carb blocker?

Yesterday I had my first "cheat" day in 10 weeks, something I had planned for almost that whole time. I bought Fat & Carb blocker to use since I knew I was not going to be eating well.

Well, from about 4pm til I fell asleep at 10pm I was in the bathroom almost non-stop. I still don't feel great. I didn't even eat all that poorly in the grand scheme of things either.

I just wondered if anyone else has had stomach issues with taking it.

I've never had issues--have only taken a few times. Dang!

Pink - sometimes just eating off plan leaves me in the bathroom. Could have been just the diet changes. But i've never had the fat/carb blocker. Hope someone has more info for ya.

Pink - I'm the same as Hvnly...eating off plan doesn't agree with me. I have used the Fat and Carb Blocker three times and I can't really tell you if it's that, or eating off plan that does it.

I never had a problem with the fat/carb blocker and I try to use when ever I went out to lunch - just to be safe.

Only tried fat/carb blocker once so far, but no problems. I really ate everything I wanted that evening, including THREE huge Beef House (Covington, IN) yeast rolls with real butter and homemade strawberry jam, not to mention the amazing carb-filled meal. At the end of that particular week, I was down 4.5 lbs. Shocking, I know! But made me pretty happy! And this is particularly significant because I do have a long history of digestive issues all the way back to when I was a teenager.

Well, then my gut (oh, my poor gut) tells me it wasn't the Fat & Carb blocker and maybe just what I ate. Boy was I miserable!

It gives me cramps but nothing like your awful experience. Sorry! That's no bueno! It could be eating off plan with the pills. Did you take you oils when you took the blockers? I was told not to- after I had already taken them 4 times with my oils. Whoops. Feel better!
