Hi! I have been trying to get the beige menu also! Can you send it to me?

I would like to start the MRC diet again. I did it a few years ago with lots of success. I have gained all the weight back plus some. I really can't afford the program and have seen lots of tips on how to get the drink, but I can't remember the menus. Any help would be appreciated. I know I started with the yellow menu, then blue, then green. And where do you buy the vitamins and supplements, or do you take them at all? Thank you soooo much.
