Default frustrated

I weighed in yesterday. Only lost 1.5 pounds in two weeks. I do not stray from the diet plan. I thought I was only 10 pounds from my goal weight and was told it was 18 pounds more. My BMI is within normal range finally, but my fat percentage was still up. It's in my boobs!!! They are going anywhere. I'm even lifting weights. Does this make sense??

I asked some questions a while back regarding goal weight and issues with being able to start stabilization. What they look at is the fat %. They want the fat % to be under 30. The reason I was given is that they have found anyone who starts at 30 or higher has a much harder time stabilizing and maintaining the weight loss. I've lost a lot in my boobs, wish I hadn't.

That makes a lot of sense! Thanks for sharing!
