I've decided to just do the MRC-6, because really I cannot afford everything they continue everything they say I should be taking. I'm going to the store tonight to stock myself up on vitamins and oils - for probably about half the price of MRC.

I just sort of worried that if I quit taking what they were telling me to from them I'd suddenly stop losing. Silly, but still was a worry. :)

I have been going to MRC since September. All I started on was the MRC-6 I have not stopped taking it and it seems to be working but then who knows? I'm very happy with the inches I've lost all over except for my belly. I have gotten measured three times and lost nothing in my waist line therefore I started Corti-trim 3 weeks ago. So far I don't feel any difference. I will go in next week and I am hoping for some inches lost. It will be the real answer for me if it works or it doesn't. As soon as I get the answer I will let you all know. One of the counselors in Columbus told me that Total Woman Oil is required. I went ahead an bought it thinking that I would void that contract if I didn't and found out it wasn't true. Needless to say I try to avoid her and if I do get her I don't buy anything!

The MSM, flax, multi vitamin I get from walmart.
In addition, I also take magnesium and vitamin d-3.
For those that are having constipation problems, you might want to try the magnesium. I was doing the fiber drinks, and miralax and benefiber.
I haven't taken any of that since starting the magnesium, and things are flowing soooooo much better now! Sorry for the TMI

Thank you Kathyb712 for posting about magnesium for ( ). I have struggled with "the problem" the entire program. I was maxed out on fiber and was using miralax a few time each week. After reading your post I searched out other info about magnesium and gave it a try....Yeah, no more disgusting knosyl fiber. Magnesium really works. If you look at the foods that one usually gets magnesium from.....MRC is very limited. Thank you again. I love this forum.

i probably won't be much help. i am still in the pre-conditioning week. i get my plan on friday, but i can say that i feel so much better this week, than i have in a long time. i am really excited that i decided to sign up for the program and that i have such a supportive husband :)

i can tell you that my initial meeting with my counsler was wonderful. she spent about an hour with me, and i got a lot of questions answered. after talking to her, i decided i am only going to buy the shakes from MRC to start...and continue buying my multi-vit and fish oil from walmart. i am going to see how i do, and if i have issues then i might re-visit the idea of trying something else.

good luck!! i am so glad i found this website...everybody on here is so supportive!

Hi! It is always great to find someone from NWA on the board. I am getting ready to start MRC over again. I was successful two years ago but a family crisis caused me to get off track and I gained it all back and then some. I am a little taller than you, but at your starting weight. I am 29 and married too. Great to meet you...Good luck and I hope we can support each other.:carrot:

Can you all tell me what these things are? MRC6? EFA? MSM? Thanks, A

Due to health issues I can't take a thermogenic, the flax seed stuff and I only take one EFA at each meal-if I remember.

I have run out of the "clears" my lemonade, green tea cranberry which I think are HNS? I see you drink an alternative drink. Will you please tell me what it is? and other tips? Thanks, Adrienne

I am wondering about some of the abbreviations as well.. I have listed on my sheet some choices of Thermogenics as either ADWL which I know is the All Day weight Loss and then I have ENH but I cant remember whar this stands for.

I think I can budget the HNS's but cant afford the other supplements so trying to find alternatives.

I know I need a MV and Fish Oil as a must.

I know the MRC6 can be compared to the KLB5 (Lipo in a bottle) but can the Thermogenics be compared to anything (cheaper??)?

Thanks so much :)
