I would look ito any type of "enhancer" you may be taking as these contain caffeine(although I was told they did not and is why I bought All Day Formula in the first place)This happened to me when I first started and it was because of all the caffeine in the All Day Weight Loss formula. I started taking 1 capsule at each meal instead of 2 and that helped. After I was out of pills, I did not repurchase any type of enhancer and my weight loss has been the same, if not better, than before. Hope that helps and that those feelings go away!
