Over a year

  • I went on MRC back in 08 lost about 30 pounds, I am up 6 pounds and I feel ready to start it again I keep all the menus and I am going to do it with out going to the cost of the center... But I cant remember how big the replacement are... Is there anyone doing it with out the replacement drinks? I started Day one today and forgot how hard the 1st week is 
  • I'm doing it on my own I buy my HNS from diet direct, they have the clear, creamy, the soy chocolate mini crisps. I get the meal replacement bars from mydietshopz.com. I only buy the same flavors that u can get from MRC. If u liked the vanilla wafer bars u can find them @ diethighprotein.com under bariatrix customers. Hope this helps
  • I'm on my own too and like m5192008 I get my stuff from diet direct. I think the HNS are pretty crucial to the diet. I think it really helps me through that tough 1st week.
Good luck and you can do it!

It is really hard to get enough protein without the HNSs to get the 60% protein, 20% fat, 20% card that the losing phase of MRC works on. We use a protein powder (whey isolate) we buy at ProteinFactory.com or Costco to make shakes to supplement the protein. Good luck.
