If you are just joining, you will probably want to purchase your first supply with them. Some centers do watch how much you order, I believe my center keeps track in your chart. I am at the end of my contract right now, and haven't decided what to do about re-signing for more weeks. The cost is starting to get to me, plus I have hit a plateau, so I'm a little discouraged with myself right now. Which is causing me to cheat sometimes, which is something I was so good at not doing in the beginning. Maybe it's normal after awhile, you just get bored with it. You do lose weight, no doubt about that and it really is quite simple to follow, so it is well worth the money...but there comes a time when your wallet says no more! Right now, no one at the center has said anything about my contract being up, so I'm just waiting for the ball to drop. Then I will have to make some tough decisions. I will probably try it on my own for awhile and just make my purchases on line. I am so far from goal right now, but since I haven't lost any weight since Christmas, I'm just trying to deal with that and wait and see. Good luck as a new member, and you will do great....newbies always do. |
Hi Morgan,
Fifties Lady said it all .... the products are indeed identical -- made at the same place in Canada, private labeled. You need to wait until they're on sale and then buy in bulk. They have the drinks, the meal replacements, the bars, puddings, etc. Fifties Lady .... hang in there, boredom does sometimes take over, but you will get back where you want to be soon! You've done really well!! I played around for many months before I finally truly recommitted, and now it's going pretty well. You will find your rhythm again! |

Hi everyone~
So this past week I decided that I was going to try on my wedding dress from 17 years ago. My hubby looked at me and said he didn't think it was going to fit quite yet. (I think he didn't want me to be disappointed.) I still wanted to see how it was going, one of my goals was to get back into it. On our wedding day I had to wear a corset type undergarmet to hold everything in and make the dress look good. Well... I got out my huge, puffy, long train wedding dress and wearin' just my regular everyday bra & undies zipped that bad boy right up! Then, I walked around my house, my kids thought I was crazy! ;) |
That's fabulous! One of my humiliations is that I outgrew my wedding dress between the time I ordered it and the wedding. It had to be altered to add gussetts in the bodice and sleeves and was so tight I could barely raise my arms to toss the bouquet :o. The other night I made a list of things that I want to do, that I am unable/won't do right now because of my weight. Renewing my vows in a beautiful new dress is one of them.
So, WAY TO GO FOR GETTING BACK INTO THAT DRESS! |
Has anyone here had an allergic reaction to some of the supplements? I'm taking the MR6 and All Day Weight Loss. I took the MR6 when I did the program 8 years ago with no problems...now I'm starting to get hives (little itchy red bumps).

Ugh...i'm the other way. I'd love to never fit into my big ol wedding dress ever again. I'm probably around the same weight now that I was when we got married, but I look alot better. Weird how I'm wearing the weight differently now. But congrats to you beautiful brides that can get into them :) Thats awesome.
I was right...we had stomach flu here...not sure what I lost or gained in the end of it though because I didn't stay OP during it. I ate whatever made me feel better. Now that's passed and I'm going to have a couple OP days before the 2nd half of my root canal on Monday. I'm not worried about the procedure, but it hurts to chew afterward. EH. I'm done with January. Bring on February. I'd rather face the v-day candy than the ice, snow, tooth pain and stomach flu that January brought me. Life needs to get out of my way so I can get back OP!! |

I've been hardcore for about a week and lost 7 so basically I just wasted a month of my time but I guess all I can do now is focus and get back on it! I just can't believe how easy it was for me to slip up like that. I hope I can do this!

hi everybody! just an update from my perch on the couch... surgery was successful but i am definitely getting stir crazy. i'm on a lot of pain meds so i'm not really following plan too closely; rather, i'm just eating simple food like crackers that won't irritate my tummy.
before surgery, i'd lost about 5 or 6 pounds since re-signing, so i know i'm definitely on the right track :) i hope everything is going well for y'all, and i can't wait to be back on my feet and in fighting form. cheers! |
