Congrats on the 17 pounds in ONE month! As for the pink lemonade HNS, I buy the Proti lemonade HNS powder from dietdirect and it is exactly the same...it is my favorite proti drink...i can't stand the pineapple to drink but I make a marinade for chicken using it and a little sesame/ginger salad dressing by Paul Newman...I just count it as my oil...and its good.

On Dietdirect what are the names of the product...Wonderslim?

So I had my 2nd WI today.I'm in a funk today b/c I only lost 1/2 a pound. So I am down 2lbs. this wk. which is better than a gain right? I am still on pre-conditioning b/c I have to wait for medical clearance to get on a menu plan & I think that was the 1st thing that bummed me out. I was really looking forward to the new menu & the possibility of maybe some different food options. I know it won't be many, but we have to be creative with our meals so every little bit helps :) BTW, I was speaking to one of the counselors at my center in reference to stretch marks....I don't know if anyone saw my post about that but of course she told me to up my MSM b/c I was only taking 1 a day. But she said that a lot of people at the center swear by doing the following:
*empty 8 capsules of MSM into a small container of moisturizer (thick) (my choice was palmer's cocoa butter since it "is" for stretch marks)
*stir the MSM powder into the moisturizer
*moisturizer "trouble spots" @ night

She said that everyone has noticed tightening of the skin & some people even do this for their face, but of course they substitute & use a facial moisturizer. I am going to try this tonight b/c I found a new little cluster of stretch marks right on the side of my arm. I was thinking...ummm....isn't this opposite but apparently not. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?????

I have to say that I'm switching to the Weight Watchers filling foods program. As far as I can tell, it's very similar to MRC. I can just treat myself every now and then with a 100 calorie snack without major guilt. I've been doing the MRC program by mail and phone. I'm planning on keeping up with the HNS drinks. I think they are great for curbing my hunger mid-afternoon.

Good Girl ... how funny, I'm doing the same thing. I've struggled the past two years and spent more money than I could count trying to do this, and for me personally, I need more choices. I, too, am using the HNS drinks (they're just one point) as I believe the protein helps. My body is so happy to be eating dairy, fruits and veggies that aren't on plan and more than 1/4 c. of oatmeal (lol).

For me, the program worked to lose weight quickly (which helps with motivation), but is just not something I personally can do anymore. I have to make permanent changes in my lifestyle and portions and it's really all up to me to do that.

So I will probably switch to a WW forum. I will miss you all and will probably still read sometimes and most importantly, I wish you all great success in your journey to good health!

I know what you mean! I've really been struggling with getting to stabilization just so I can add some foods back and have a little more choice instead of the SAME OLE. Some days I just want to gag on this diet. Anyway...I'm going to keep plugging along and get these last few off. Best of luck with the WW plan; I know you will enjoy some more variety!:D

Good luck! Only 6lbs. left! The good thing is that you have this forum to vent.

Deb,
Your plan sound like what I thought I would try on Maintenance. I have done WW a few times over the past years and it is a very reasonable way to eat. The weight loss was just too slow for me to stick with it for the loss, but now I feel like I could do it for maintenance and maintain. Good luck to you.

So you are liking the corttrim & the enhancer? awesome! Is the enhancer an oil capsule? price? Sorry i'm just curious :)

I'm pretty happy with both so far. I've really noticed a difference in my belly with the corti-trim. I've only been on the enhancer for about a month. I have been pretty consistent about loosing 3 lbs a week since I started it. The enhancer is $99 I think. I only take 4 a day. I know you can take more.
