I was shaking so bad and I was starving on the yellow menu and I gained 1.5 pounds on the yellow menu. I followed that menu to the T and I gained weight. I was so disappointed to say the least.
I guess my body went into starvation mode.
I don't know. I'm doing much better now. I wish we could have another snack beside that HNS too. The HNS they don't do anything for my hunger but they said they are good for our muscles. I'm going to start exercising tomorrow. I wanted to see if I would react the same way I did on the yellow menu before I started thing about exercise. I was to weak to exercise before.
