Not Obese Anymore

I just want to take a minute to announce that today I have officially moved into the next catagory on the BMI scale. I am now Overweight instead of Obese. I have waited so long for this day, I still can't believe it. I am thrilled. This is the point where I can finally believe this diet is working. I know that sounds silly, but I have been between 175 and 179 for almost a year and trying to hit that 174 mark by myself (which is the high end of overweight for me). And for some reason I had a mental block at the previous weight loss on this diet and couldn't seem to get really happy until now about how far I've come. :broc::broc::broc::broc::broc:

WOW! I'm so proud of you and most definitely inspired by you! Keep up the fabulous work! I need to calculate my BMI and see where I am in the range and see where I've come from. I bet that's a great feeling....going from obese to overweight....and you're on to the next step down! Way to go! :carrot:

desilu0,
I am so happy for you. What a wonderful day for you. I am so awaiting that day. Once again I can't say how happy I am for you. You have worked hard, how nice to not be obese.

Congrats! That is the best feeling, isn't it? You know what will feel even better? When our BMI moves from the overweight range to "normal". Can't wait!

How great for you. I too have that problem. I am hoping to get past my road block next week. I have not been able to get below 200 on any diet for years.
I'm still unsure about this diet, but I'm sticking with it. One thing for sure I know....It surly won't work if I don't stay with it.
