I agree with Lori about the LBD's. Mine's a size 12 so maybe it will fit you first? :)

I just had 5 choc. chip cookies. I have had very few moments like this. I think it is becaue I started taking chantax last week to quit smoking and have been tryng oh so hard. I do wonder if I should wait until the diet is over though. I am going to give it one more week. I had been over obsessing over food but I am now obsessing over food and smoking. I am trying to hang in there. I notice I spend much more time on the forums since I tend to grab the laptop when I want to eat/smoke, that or clean but I have pretty much cleaned all there is to clean. But it will all get dirty again and I can start over.

But I am on plan...
Good Afternoon ladies,
Just giving an update here... went to WI today, down .5 from last week, not what I was hoping for, yesterday's scale was 191.5, this am 193 and at MRC it was 193 at 12:00 today so I have no idea what is going on. Consultant thinks it's fluid retention or a plateau... ugghhhh.... hate those things but I know, I know... just gotta plug on and it too will pass... I've had many NSV's over the last few weeks and have nothing to complain about so I will do just that and plug on!! I'm currently alternating between the green menu and the metabalance menu. On the days I run - usually 3.5 miles, I follow metabalance (has more carbs), on my non-running days I follow the green menu. This has really helped me with that "starving all the time" feeling I was having before. Today is a running day and the weather couldn't be more perfect :0) It is bright, sunny, gorgeous blue virtually cloudless sky and in the 70's with a little breeze... I would like to abandon the office so I can go home and get on my running gear and scramble out the door for my run but alas, people will soon be arriving and expect to be seen so I guess I'm just going to have to wait... can't play hooky today, LOL! I will be running before dinner tonight though that's for sure :0) Hope everyone is having a great day and staying OP!! |
Karen1234,
Congratson the .5 pounds. I just hate the scales sometimes. Mine at home seem to fluctuate so darn much. I hate even more the days when I just know I have lost and the scale says "no you didn't". Such a struggle. Hope you have/had a great run. We are having nice fall weather here in the midwest great for walking and running. http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/purpvi...178/218.5/.png Started MRC 5/9/09 |
