I live in Crestview, FL. I am not on the same diet so I don't know your restrictions but on Weight Watchers some of the things I eat are:
Wendy's- Chili, Grilled Chicken sandwich w/o sauce, Plain Potato
Subway- 6 in turkey sub w/o cheese or mayo
McDonalds- Grilled snack wrap, and for a treat their IC cones are only 150 calories
Good bets are always soups, grilled chicken or fish, salads w/o fatty toppings or cheeses. ANother place with lots of healthy choices is Chick-Fil-A. They have fruit cups, salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, and more
