The change gets crazy nuts when you get below 200. You can see me at a little heavier than now in my profile pic.
Here's me at 281lbs:
Yeah, it makes a difference.

Holy crap Ian, I somewhat watch your progress but the numbers do not reflect the pictures. Maybe they do.... it's just shocking to see. Congrats the difference is amazing you look awesome!!!
My biggest regret is I don't have pictures of this journey.

I didn't exactly take photos before, but luckily I had been at my max weight since my high school graduation dinner, so below is my before and after shot. Or more accurately Before and during as i still have a bit to go. I haven't really lost much in the face, but it shows a bit.
Before.jpgduring.jpg
I still can never believe the changes in Ian's before and after photos whenever i see them, good work man and keep it up.

Thanks mygirlvj and ShrinkingStudent.
And ShrinkingStudent, it shows a lot in your face! It's going to get even more crazy with your next 11.6kgs, trust me. It's the kitchen paper roll effect. The less you weigh, the more dramatic the changes per pound/kilo of loss.

IanG: Oh wow, that's an amazing change; you look great. I wouldn't have even considered both that photo and your profile one were of the same person.
But okayokay, took some digging, but I finally managed to unearth some before pics. I found my old driver's license & a family portrait from back at 222 lbs and before I started transitioning, and then I took two face shots tonight.

Yer it seems the closer I get to goal the changes you see start becoming really notable, it's a really good way to keep your self motivated through the journey as i really want to see what the final change is.
Versace great pictures you can definitely see the definition coming though.
