Ok, my official weigh in after week one on Wonderslim is done and I am down 8.4 lbs from this time last week. Couldn't be happier and the diet is not hard, just a little expensive-

Down to 240 this week, can't wait to break into the 230's for the first time since 2007! Should do that easily by next weigh in.
