So I got a bit of a shock today.

  • See I have weighed a huge amount and been a huge guy for so long. But starting when I was 10 maybe a little later, I have always been a gut sucker. As in, I am constantly sucking in my gut during the course of my waking hours. I can't recall why I did it, maybe it was to hide my growing weight I was starting to notice. Maybe I just liked to do it or whatever.

This week has been a no go for lost weight per say so far anyway. I still have not felt completely empty of er hem, alternate body functions whenever I weigh myself, but my un sucked in gut, has never looked more lean then it is right now.

My results of my new exercise and nutrition program that I have created for myself have been delivering me results I never thought I would ever achieve in this life time. I think this long journey of mine may finally end up with the goals I have set for myself, not being so out of reach.
  • AWESOME! weight loss.
  • congrats!!! thats really great
  • I've always been a gut sucker as well, weird. Last week i gave it everything i had and then some and came away with no loss, this week i am catching a cold so i let off a little and increased my calories but had a great week for weight loss, who knows but i'll take it.
  • You might be surprised how much waster and excess water we can hold onto that makes the scale lie to us for days. Even a week or so.

My scale told me I weighed 208-210 every day for a week and half in the morning when I first woke up then a day after being 208 again I was 205. Silly body making the scale lie to me. Heh.

Just keep working hard at your goal, and the results happen even if you don't have the ability to see it with numbers.
  • "Gut sucking" is a good abdominal workout. It strengthens the core!
