Down another 1.8 lbs this week!

  • This week I was worried that TOM would stall my weight loss, but fortunately I still lost 1.8 lbs. I'm getting so close to my first mini goal of losing 50 lbs. It's so exciting.

    I have been cooking right along, but on Saturday night indulged for the first time in a long time - with nachos! Not only did I feel physically horrible, but I put on 5lbs of water weight that I am working off. Blah.

    Ugh, water weight is the worst. Fortunately, one day of Nachos won't completely kill your progress. Before I recommitted to Medifast, I was off plan for months and almost gave up after I saw how much I had gained, but I'm so happy that I did not give up on myself.

    Keep trying to be better every day. Like, you said, We can do it!
