  • Day #1 of my restart done and down 2 pounds! I feel great. I've had many restarts and sometimes I feel a very strong desire to stick to it and other times, I'm standing on shaky ground and I know it. This time, I'm feeling strong. A benefit to going on and off plan is, I can feel a difference on plan vs. off, immediately. In one day, my knee pain worsened, my sleep suffered and my energy level was suffering. I want a good, low-sugar life and all the benefits.

Anyway, today's L&G is SweetTater's tuna cakes with dill sauce...delicious!
  • Dweedledee - I'm happy to report that I just had a few days of food not tasting so wonderful. I'm back and rocking! Down 28.8 as of this morning

Great news! And congrats on your 28.8 pounds lost! Let's keep it going
  • Hello to all~ Day 4 for me on Medifast. I am going to a Medifast Center on Fridays for the accountability.
I have used MF in the past (Berkshire Girl, I remember you from the former MF community boards from long ago)!

Back to goal is the order of the day. And dweedledee I love Medifast seriously, too! That is a new mantra for me!

So glad that I have found all of you. Daily conversation keeps the binges away!
  • How are you all doing? There have not been any posts here in a while. I just started today (I did Medifast several years ago but have regained a lot). Would love to see this board more active.
  • I'll join in here. I've been on Medifast since mid September. My starting weight was 234. I dropped quickly down to 215, then hovered at 204, and currently back up to 213. My goal weight is 150. I was not 100% on plan after the first month---ever. No excuses, just wasn't. Then, Thanksgiving happened and I could not get back on any plan. Sheesh!

So, yesterday I re-committed myself to Medifast (5 & 1 plan) and have been 100% OP since 6AM yesterday morning. The key for me is chugging down water all day as it keeps me full and it is really what the plan calls for. I felt great on Medifast when I was perfectly on plan so I can't figure out why if I feel great I'd be so wishy-washy about being 100%. I've learned I really cannot cheat on this plan in the weight loss phase.

I plan to check in daily for some accountability and connect with others on their weight loss journey using Medifast.
