Default Too good to be true?

I am on my first week of Medifast and I love it so far. It seems like the easiest diet I have ever been on. I stay pretty satisfied and the "carbs" really keep me on track-pancakes, brownies, etc....I am a carboholic. I think I have lost about 3-4 so far which I know is water weight, but I cant believe I will actually lose weight following this diet! Tell me its true!

I just finished week 2. I lost 11 pounds the first week, but I don't think I've lost any this second week and that makes me sad.

Good luck! I hope to find that I am able to be a success with this diet. I need to lose at least 100 lbs.
