I will be running out of Medifast soon. I don't know when my shipment will arrive since those were all items I exchanged and they don't let you know when they're on their way.

What can I eat once I run out of MF?

I read drinking milk 5x during the day and then having your L&G but... I do not drink milk ;/

What can I do?

I'm worried. I don't want to mess up my weight loss process and gain weight.

I've used Muscle Milk Light in a pinch, or Balance Bar Nimble.
