You're doing an amazing job, just keep at it and you will lose even more! It's amazing how quickly the body adjusts to changes in diet. The first several days are super hard, but after that the weight starts coming off and you have more energy and you realize how little food your body actually needs to perform well. And in my case, it needed a LOT less than I was cramming into it on a daily basis.
Did you ever get around to trying the oatmeal? If so, how'd you like it? I actually kinda like the maple and brown sugar oatmeal. Sorta. Somewhat.

There's no way I can continue eating 900 calories a day and NOT lose more.
I use 3/4 cup water, let it sit for a few minutes if possible (or mix it the night before), nuke 1 minute, stir, nuke again til it boils (30-40sec), then add a splash of coffee creamer.
However, I figure you can't go long on 1000 calories a day without losing weight, so I will keep it going and see where it takes me. I'm committed to this for a full month.
