First of all, you may not get dizzy. It doesn't happen to everyone. But if it does, it's usually a short-term thing.
If you feel it's really a problem (when you get there, of course) then you can increase your amounts a little bit (e.g., have an extra shake per day, or be sure you eat right at 2 hours apart). You can also divide your lean & green meal in half, so that you can have half earlier and the other half later.
But remember, the dizziness is your body adjusting to a different metabolism. If you just go off plan, then you only delay that.
