  • Drink lots of water, distract yourself with other stuff like music or organizing something you've been putting off, and read, read, read. These forums are full of tips and tricks.

  • Hey Irishka! The first few days aren't the easiest, but it gets a lot better! Water, water, and more water got me through it. In general, I like having my l&g in the evening, but for the first few days, I split up the l&g so I could mentally get used to not eating "food" during the day. Keep with it! It gets so, so much easier!
