Hey Ladies I set up to have my free consultation on December 5th and I was just wondering what they do at that time?? also I wanted to know is going to the center every week something you do all the time and if so how much is it?? Sorry to ask so many ?'s I am holding off on starting until January just bc of Christmas parties I don't want to have urges to eat!!! Thank you Ladies!!!!

I can't help you because I don't use a center--I just have done it on my own using the Web. The questions you ask are questions you should be asking the folks at the center when you go on Dec. 5. Make a list of them, especially about the cost, about how often, about weighing and measuring, etc. and take the list with you!
