    I absolutely love 3FC! That being said, I've finally decided to go on Medifast. I'd love to follow some of you on the Medifast boards. Do you post there? Do you mind sharing your name with me so I can friend you and follow your progress? I'm excited about starting the program, but I have so much to learn! Btw, my name over there is the same as here....girlygirlsebas.
