I have done a few 6 MF meal days. It's definitely not recommended by MF, unless you're under the supervision of your doctor, but I read on the blogs that it might help break a plateau/stall. I will say that I was pretty lightheaded all day, and ended up going to be around 8 because I thought I was going to pass out. I also didnt have much to drink that day (stupidly).
Like was suggested, if you wanted to try it, I would do 6MF meals and then some protein. And drink lots of water if you do attempt.
