Hi liz, we must have started around the same time! I'm on my 7th week.
I've been hungry this week also, I suspect TOM is coming around. But even with waking up hungry, I haven't had a problem staying on plan. I love that about Medifast!
On Monday, I was just feeling down and hungry. So I let the reigns a little loose on my plan to accomodate. Usually I try to do mostly shakes/drinks for my 5 packets because I find I lose better at the lower calorie/carb range. But I knew my body needed something other than something to drink and honey mustard pretzels really hit the spot! And a smores crunch bar later that day. Plus I threw in a snack (which I also usually avoid) of the multi-grain crackers and light Laughing Cow cheese.
I can definitely say I went to bed full and satisfied that night - 100% guilt free because I was able to do it while on plan.
