Default Hungry--Is Broth Okay?

Hello Fellow Weight Loss Folks,

I started a supervised fast this morning, and I'm a little hungry! I can have 5 or more shakes each day, along with one entree. I've had three shakes so far. I'm hungry and craving something savory. Do you thing that broth (made from boullion cubes, 10 cals or so each) would be okay? I know these are high in sodium, but I can only drink so many sweet shakes. I did do well with the rest of the family getting McDonalds, grocery shopping with them, etc. today.

I am hoping that the hunger pangs with dissipate in a few days. Until then, can I fill my stomach with hot broth?

I would think that it would be better to have boullion than to go off plan! You can do this, this first week is the hardest! There is a lot of sodium, so I wouldn't have more than one, though. How about some hot tea, later?
