Default I messed up and am angry

but, I'm getting over it and determined to stay on MF plan.

I kind of blew it, and snuck in a few extra's because I saw the weight coming off so quickly I thought I could afford a few extra's. BIG MISTAKE!

I was 160 on weigh in and down to 154.8 by Friday and now, on official weigh in day - 158. GRRRR

I've learned my lesson!

Hey it happens to us all! I am sure you won't do it again cause it is a lesson hard to learn. Just jump back on and look forward!
What really helps me is that I bought keto strips, for diabetics, and they keep me reminded every day that if I mess up it takes three days to get it back! I am in a nice shade of purple, and I check it every night (morning time is not as effecient because you have not eaten since the evening before). Its just one of those things that helps motivate me! It's like a little sign from my body that I am still in fat burn mode!

Thanks Ladies!

I think buying the Keto sticks is a good idea and reading up again on the condiments/optional snack/lean & green tools.

I've been peeing like crazy today - so I know I'm back on track

Hi Little Bear! Welcome!

Are you doing Medifast? If so, congrats on your decision! Its really a fool proof plan if you stick to it! Just eat your 5 MF meals every 2-3 hours, and your lean and green. I eat it at supper with my family, but you can eat it whenever is conveinient for you. Drink your water, at least 8 glasses, and don't skip any meals. We will be here with you on your journey and we wish you all the luck in the world!

I just weighed in this evening, with the same clothes on and saw the scale tip to 157.0 again. I CAN do this... it really is easy!

I made the "wendy like icecream" from our recipe thread and it was REALLY good... I wish I had bought more banana pudding with my order the other day.

Wow - Craigslist is a good resource to get MF in a pinch. I'm on my way to buy 5 boxes for $65 of things I like. I'm waiting for my second order from MF and think it will come on Thursday - so these will help me get through my loads of soup & shakes.

AND, the scale this morning with same clothes - 155.8 ! It made swallowing that shake so much easier!!!

WE CAN DO THIS! I can't wait until I can use a signature... I love how you have posted your mini-goals Jaimie!

Cool! Craiglist is not big in the midwest...bummer for me.
Yeah, the signature is so fun! I joined this site a while back, so I got to keep mine! But, you will get one soon and they are so fun to play with! Way to drop those pounds right back off! Woot Woot!

Smile Ebay, baby, eBay!

If you don't have an active Craig's list in your region, you can always use eBay. There's LOTS of Medifast on there.

Oops, gotta change my ticker!

I had a friend in TX this weekend that found a bag full of Medifast products 71 packages for $2.00 at a garage sale. That's two weeks worth and she isn't even on the program but knew about it from me.

Since she can't do the full program now I suggested using the meals as her snacks, stay away from carbs and sugar and she should see some weightloss just from that.

On Craigslist I think you can place ads asking for Medifast foods too "looking for". So if you don't see any listed you may still be able to find some.

I have been watching Ebay, but, it always gets up to what they cost direct when you add in the shipping. That or the lots are strange combos...but thanks for the tips! It is not a cheap plan, but neither is healthy food from the store, so its a toss up!

The ketosis is very mild with MF so its really not worth buying the ketostix. This was told to me by a Medifast nutrition support person. It would barely reflect the fat burning so dont waste your money. If you follow the plan as written and drink your water believe me, the wight will fall off. When I was 100% on plan I lost 87 pounds in like 6 months.

Be sure to check your expiration dates for MF that you buy from Ebay and Craiglist.
