I haven't seen anything about it in my reading so I thought I'd ask.

Do shrimp count as a fish? I was thinking about grilling some along with some vegetables. I don't like fish, but can eat plain shrimp not fried.

I don't know about counting as fish- but it's definitely seafood

12 shrimp is 80 cals, they are a great low cal food

If you're on the 5 and 1 plan, you may have 7 ounces of shrimp as your Lean.
