Default Travelling (Lean and Green) Please help...

Hey everyone, so I am going on a retreat with my job for three days to a YMCA camp. I usually have my medifast lean and green for dinner but I know I will not be able to eat what they will be serving at this place. What can I take for the three days that will be okay for the 2 hour drive. I have a fridge in my room but that is is...no microwave or anything like that. I really need some assistance. Thanks everyone.

That sounds tough. I'm not sure of what all you can and cannot have on medifast, but I just wanted to say good luck! Stay strong!

You could make up enough salad for the three days and put it in individual ziploc bags and then take some of those single serve tuna packets or prepare some chicken and shred it up to put on your salads.

That is what I was leaning towards doing Operator. I am gonna head to the store tomorrow to get some tuna and chicken i may make some salmon patties tomorrow too and have that over salad greens as well. I am too motivated and I love my results so I refuse to slip. I just got to learn how to make it work!

Good Attitude Bobbie. The adjustments you learn to make now are what will carry you forward for the rest of your life. I'd also take a few extra veggies so that if you need a little something extra, you have them instead of slipping down to the vending machine.
