Default My Medifast story.

I have been reading this board for months and decided it was time to chime in. I have tried numerous eating plans. WW, South Beach, counting calories, etc. Would lose a few and then go right back to where I started. I have PCOS, so that is a struggle in itself.

My dad had been doing MF for years and always tried to get me to try. I had one excuse after another. I finally said what the heck, why not. Nothing else is working. That was March 8th at 200 lbs.

Today I am down 33 lbs to 167 doing Medifast. It works, it works, it works.....I would like to get to 150. That was the weight I met my husband. I will then re-evaluate a new goal.

I started medifast last summer and lost 23 lbs but then I slipped backed into my old habits when school started. Now that I know where I went wrong, I know what to do this time. I am also working out which i didn't do last summer so ideally with strength training it will be very hard to put the weight back on and of course my eating. When u lost your 33lbs did u exercise?

Still loving Medifast. Now down 41 pounds. Loving the new pretzels and puffs. As far as exercising, some weeks I do, some I don't. Have not exercised in about a month. About to start up again .

Wende: Awesome progress - especially for not exercising consistently. You go, girl!
