I think what really sold me on trying this program was seeing the transition booklet. I firmly believe that if you follow it properly it will become a lifestyle change. I went ahead and got the fancy nutrition scale not so much for now since the guide tells you what you can have and I just need to weigh the amounts. But, I am sure it will become really handy when I go into maintenance. It let's you know the major factors(carbs, cal, fat, etc.) of the amount of food you have on it and should help with portion control. I don't want to go through all of this only to rebound once I start "eating in the real world."
