YIPPEE!!! My order just arrived.

Sorry about the headaches.

I'm sure it will get better. The drop in calories has got to be a major shock to the system. That's part of the reason I'm going to wait until the weekend to start. With the training and physical shock to my body I don't want to be half loopy and cranky at work.
But I am sooo excited.

I have started cutting back. Maybe I can avoid some of the bigger problems this way. Plus, I still need to get the thermoses and such now that I have an idea of the sizes I need so I can bring it to work.
Gee, lots of shakes and drink mixes. I think I can hang with what I've seen. I also got the Omega 3 supplements and recipes. I know I'll need a little variety. I like what I've seen about adding veggies to the soups and boullion. I'm sure that will help.
Thanks for the warning. I'll put a bottle of Excedrin Migraine in my bag.
