Another question..
 

I have a question about some side effects I think I am getting from Medifast. two days ago I started to get a cold sore, now this is the worst cold sore I have had in years! Also my glands in my throat are swollen. I did a search on the mymedifast board and didn't find much, just a few posts here and there from others that seem to have cold sores as part of the medifast diet.:(:( Anyone here have any experience with this happening?? Will it go away the longer I am on it?? This is a huge and very painful cold sore and I can't imagine going through this for months while trying to lose weight.

Ouch! I hate cold sores. I get them sometimes but not since on MF. I wonder if it has anything to do with your body being under a bit of stress from changing your diet so drastically and everything. Hope it clears up fast!

I haven't noticed any change with myself. Hope your sore goes away soon! Try some Abreva.
