So I just placed my first order. It felt good to place it but that paying that money hurt a little bit!

I am curious...did most of you join the VIP plan? Do you typically plan your own meals or do you buy their preset package? What about the first time you ordered?

I am looking forward to starting this journey. I just wish I didn't have to wait a week to start!

I ordered my MF through Take Shape For Life and got my package in four days. I started Saturday. I buy what I like, I had done the program two years ago and I only like the shakes, oatmeal & bars. So I do 3 shakes, 1 oatmeal and then one bar plus the 5&1! I can't wait to see your results!

I did not do the VIP plan. I ordered 20 boxes of what I thought I would like and found a coupon (googled Medifast coupon) and took $55 off. I will probably join the VIP sometime in the future though unless I keep getting good coupons like the one I got.

BTW - the money was a bit hard to spend for me too but with the rising costs of groceries these days it is not really too much over what I would normally spend over the course of a month.

I did VIP. I got the womens package and so far so good. I thought it would be the best way to try just about everything. I dont like the oatmeal so will readjust my VIP plan for next month. Good luck!
