Favorite meals?

Just ordered a shipment and plan to start MF next week. I've had success with WW in the past ( 230-150 in 10 months), but just can't seem to get with it- I need some serious structure this round. I'm attempting to lose 30 pounds before ttc baby #3 in the near future. Plan to wean myself back into WW.

Am wondering what your favorite meals to eat that you prepare are if you are doing medifast? Would loe some meal prep inspiration!
Favorite non-shake/MF "meal?"

Thanks! ;)

If you are asking about favorite non-shake MF meals, mine include chocolate pudding with SF Kahlua syrup, and tomato soup with herbs and a couple dashes of liquid smoke. If you're asking about favorite lean & grean, mine include grilled salmon on salad or with broccoli, and seared tuna.

I personally only buy the oatmeal, bars, shakes and that's it. I will do the plan only with those b/c two years ago I tried the whole buy four weeks get one week free and I was didn't like half the food. I just can't eat the other stuff. That's just me, everyone is different.

Sorry! I meant for your lean and green meal, mostly!
The MF products to buy and avoid are also welcome!
Thanks.

My favorite dishes are just fish cooked in a skillet pan with garlic pepper and summer squashed steamed. It's so easy and fast to prepare. Also I'm actually a fan of just light canned tuna mixed with a tablespoon of light mayo. I don't know if we're allowed light mayo or not...

I also bought those Perdue individual wrapped chicken breast that were like $10 in my supermarket. They are 4 ounces of chicken breast wrapped individually.

Anyway, I hope this helps teach73.
