Default Help...first day, have question about L&G meal

I am confused about the green part. I was plannin on having a grilled chicken salad for dinner tonight, but does it mean you can have 3 serving (3 cups) of salad, or how do they break up the veg part? Thank you!

YES... you can have 3 cups of salad. You are to have 3 servings of "Green." Salad is one cup a serving, the other vegetables are .5 cup per serving... so it that is the only veggie you plan on having then 3 cps is the magic number!

Default A Kindred Dieter

I'm glad I found someone in a similar situation. I've ordered but not yet received my products. I drive a truck all day and hope this will work since I don't get much time off my truck and accessing the microwave can be difficult. I looked at thermoses today to carry hot water with me. I always have at least 2-16 oz bottles of water (one Iced & One Cool) and I have salad bowls that have worked well in the past that I can use for my L&G. Any advice will be appreciated.
