Has anyone read the book You On A Diet? A friend saw it at a store and pointed it out to me, it looks really good! I am just wondering personal experiences and opinions on this book? I like Dr. Oz a lot and I have another one of his books...
I am glad that some people are interested in this book, I haven't read it for awhile but I do like a lot of the other books that Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen wrote. I agree, libraries are great!
I haven't read any books by him but Dr. Oz seems like such an odd fellow. He is willing to give his name to ANY supplement it seems like. As recommended by Dr. Oz this as recommended by Dr. Oz that. It is hard for me to take him seriously.
But I have read short articles attributed to him that were fairly good. But he is such a money grabber. I don't know if there is a 'good' Oz: good advice, simple, not endorsing a particular product but good habits. And a 'bad' Oz: I am going to endorse this and that and this and that.
