Default Eat This Not That

Has anyone read Eat This Not That? Seems like sensible nutrition info.

Instead of Eat This Not That, I have 2 of the Cook This Not That cookbooks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Eat This Not That is good, but it pretty much contains info you could find yourself by checking the nutrition info for restaurants. The cookbooks are great because besides giving you recipes, they also give you guidelines for healthy cooking. And the recipes are delicious. There are only a couple of recipes in there that I didn't like.

The book has a lot of good nutrition and exercise info that I never knew. Are the cook books by the same guy?

My son has Eat this not that for kids... He keeps walking around reminding me what's good and what's not, it's very cute!

I wonder if there has been another thread here on 3FC about this way of eating. It's been around awhile.

Would really like to know if there is more on Eat This Not That somewhere here. I know this is a big forum and I don't see everything.

Kushy - Eat this not that is a series of books that shows you better options for eating out. Instead of this burger from this place, get this sandwich. It shows the nutritional breakdown of each thing. I didn't realize there are cookbooks of the same nature and I am intrigued. Google Eat this not that and you will find all sorts of info!

I like Eat This, Not That. They have great info and their books are actually fun and interesting, I find. I was getting their newsletter, it is informative.

I love Cook This, Not That. A few years ago, I bought the two versions (regular and low calorie meals) and they really made a difference in my life. Some methods just click with us, and the message, recipes, and information in there really stuck with me. I think what appealed to me most was the concept of value, getting the most nutritional bang for the buck and saving money while doing it.

Default Eat This Not That

A lot of LR products have steps that do this, I guess over time the dirt and salt and moisture attacks them from below. Nice job you have done there.
