Default Primal Law#8 Get adequate sunlight

There can be a balance between fearing sun exposure and enjoying a healthy dose of vitamin D. Good "plain speak" advice about sunscreens.

I'm experimenting cautiously. I'm no longer a young chick who thinks she will always have lovely skin! But it does feel good

To be honest, I haven't always had the best sun care. I'm a very fair girl, and when I was very young my parents took me boating and ... forgot the sunblock. I cooked! My back and neck had these water blisters on them. That may have been my worst sun experience, but it wasn't my last.

Now ... I kind of have a slight phobia with the sun, and try to put sunblock on if I'm going to town (if I get the chance, that is). But if I am just walking next door to my parents' I don't.
