Default NYT Article: How Exercising Keeps Your Cells Young

The idea doesn't shock me! I was just telling my BF last night that exercise is the fountain of youth. Sorry I don't have time for a more in-depth review right now but I had to share it with everyone. What do you think?

How cool is that?! But like you, I'm not at all surprised. I totally agree that exercise is the Fountain of Youth and plan to be doing squats when I'm 95.

Seriously, when we read about all of the myriad of benefits of exercise, how can anyone, of any age or weight, justify not exercising?

Thanks, Megan. Interesting research. I do like reading about things at the cellular level - it's fascinating.

And staying at that level, if I may: someone in RL told me yesterday that sugar affects collagen (in the skin) adversely. Haven't had time to look into it yet. Does it ring a bell with anyone?
