My "now" (last night :D ) photo. I will never have slender legs, but am working on getting rid of the fat so they will at least be muscular, not chunky :D

I'm now at (I think) 145 1/2 lbs, am trying to again reach my low of 142; and then see what's possible. But realize that size is what matters, not weight.

Well, it's not letting me show this pic, as I already have it at another thread. If you want to see it, it's at the "doin' it the old fashioned way" thread, under General Diet Plans. :shrug:

I had surgery on June 27, 2003 for PCOS/Hysterectomy. From that day on...I made a committment to lose the flab!! Here is my 1st pic post surgery...taken August 1, 2003. My chin has NO ACNE!!! YAY!! I weighed 211 here. That dress there falls off of me now. :D It's a parachute!! hahha

Now...I got the flu/sickie at the End of December and it took me a bit to nip it in the bud...so I didn't get to lose as much weight as I could have, but soon as I felt better I got back on the exercise wagon and here is the results...

March 5th, 2003. 177 Pounds!! Getting In Shape!! Wow. Happy Pics for me!! Cept for the cheekbone thing & blue bra-that-shoulda-been-black. hahaha The shirt is a MEDIUM. :faint:

Hello Lanaii! I do videotapes at home...I love the variety that one can get using tapes. And that I can do it on my schedule. Plus I'm too cheap to spring for a gym membership :lol:

I also walk a bit outside when it's nicer, but 95% is exercise tapes. And counting calories.

Definitely. It stands to reason you lose weight all over. I went from an E width to a tight C so far. No more Softwalks! Yes! <arm pump smilie?>

BTW, you and I should trade bodyparts. You've got a nice rack and you're slim below-- I'm deflated on top with a big booty. Between the two of us we could become one really skinny person and one J-Lo Special. :dizzy:

Hey, it could be worse. Mine look like a couple of tennis balls in a pair of long sweat socks. And the more weight I lose, the more they fall. Right now I have to watch it when I put a belt on, otherwise I'd strap them to my belly button. I'll be able to play soccer with them soon.

Just a quick thank you to everyone for the nice compliments about my beautiful wife (Noodles). I tell her she is looking wonderful and how pretty she is and she says, "Yeah, but you are married to me." The truth is, I REALLY MEAN IT!

I love her very much and what she has done for herself. Now she's helping me work on my spare tire! ;)

I am so glad that I've finally taken the time to look through all the new pics. Everyone has done such a marvelous job!

I would like to see the photo albums in a very prominent place here at 3fC so people who come wandering in could see for themselves it can be done. I know it was the photo albums of 2 very special ladies that blew my socks off last June when I found 3FC. And from then on, I was committed and determined that 'if they could do it, so can I!'
