Maintaining

I have lost 100#, and have kept it off for two years. This has led to me being interested in the topic of weight maintenance for my dissertation research.

Nice work. I think there are real contributions to be made here on: 1) how effective strategies for maintenance are very different to those for weightloss; and 2) the importance of what you eat in order to maintain.

I am new to the forum and not sure where to jump in, but here goes:

I have had 3 previous weight loss "adventures" -this one being my last!

Are you where you want to be?
Yes! I feel comfortable at my current weight of 135 lbs.

How has life changed for you since you've lost the weight?
I feel more confident and most certainly more healthy.

If you're maintaining, what's that like for you?
Maintenance is new to me! I think it will be trial and error.

Do you exercise regularly?
Unfortunately, not as much as I would like to as I am dealing with a health issue.

Now that you're near or at your goal, what are your concerns?
I have never maintained my weight before and I have little information as to how this is done!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to which sub-forum might be helpful as a novice maintainer?
