Default New Here! Now In Maintenance!
I am excited to Join this forum!

I have lost around 70 lbs by counting my bites and have been in Maintenance for around 6 weeks.

So far I have found 3 Fat Chicks Maintainers forums to be informative and helpful!

Does anyone have any good advice to give as far as Weight maitnenace?
