I see this thread doesn't get much activity but I'll give it a go anyway. Yesterday I hit my goal weigh! I was eastatic to see the number 134.6 come up on the scale

. Although it only took me 3.5 months, I worked extremely hard each and every day to get here. I so call started my journey at the beginning of the year, but got serious on March 1 of this year. I started in March at 175, so I lost 41lbs as of yesterday. As you all know it took a lot of compromise on foods that I really wanted but bypassed anyway. In the past 3.5 months I have probably took a total of 3 days off from the gym and this is strictly because classes were not offered for whatever holiday it was. This is not my first rodeo with weight loss but I sure hope and pray that I am able to maintain this time around
