After 135 lb weight loss I've entered maintenance mode. My current weight of 175 is still above the BMI 'normal' range, but it's a weight I am happy and comfortable with. Down the road I may consider losing the rest but for now I am perfectly content with where I am.
I run and practice yoga and have recently started using kettlebells. I've only been on maintenance for about two weeks so I'm still trying to find my "sweet spot" so to speak of calories/WW points (I track both). Anyway, just wanted to say hi!
