great great idea!
may I ask - do you slice the pita in half sideways and only use one side of the pita? or do you use the whole 2 layers? just curious
thanks!

i'm a SBer eavesdropping...such a pizza is also really good with tortillas as the crust...especially home made, whole wheat flavoured ones (yummmy herbs and cheese)

I love making a faux taco- I spray a pan with calorie free cooking spray...put in a whole wheat tortilla, sprinkle with low fat cheddar and tomatoes and top with lettuce once the bottom of the tortilla is golden brown. roll up and eat! It's a great on the go!

Thanks for the idea about the low-carb flatbread, I had no idea it was available at walmart. I'm going to try this.
