Question keeping a journal

I have a question about keeping a journal. Due to my illness I have to keep a very close tab on taking medications, making appointments, going to the lab ETC. It seems to go on and on. Anyhoo I'm finding myself being quite rebellious about not wanting to journal my carbs and foods. Do you think it is possible to have success on a low carb program by just estimating my daily carbs and trying to make good choices each meal?? If this works or doesn't work for you please let me know. Be brutally honest, I can take it... Thanks!!!

Sure it will work. You are one smart lady and will make the best choices. I totally understand as I am very irritated by having to monitor my blood and that of my husband! It does get to be a bit much!

By the way, I notice you have not enabled private messaging on your profile. Do you want this changed? If you do and are not sure how to do it, email me at [email protected].
